The people

Rapscallions is Sim (the tall one) and Steve (the not tall one). We're just two guys with a passion for cooking up some mean street eats using Edmonton's "official" food, green onion cakes!

The food

Green onion cakes are Edmonton's "official" food, but was severely under-represented in the food truck scene. We fixed that. But we didn't stop there. In addition to good old regular green onion cakes, we developed some tasty new ways to enjoy the delicious scallion filled patties. Visit us and try it out.

The truck

Our mobile hunger smashing vehicle. We've dubbed it the "Rapscalli-wagon."
